How To Cancel
We should receive a confirmation of your request to cancel by email or with a live agent by phone or chat. Leaving a message on our phone system about cancelling will not be taken as a formal notice of cancellation. Our teams will do our best to return your message and help process all requests and changes as soon as possible. If it is done inside of the 72-hour policy we have, then a refund will not be provided.
For tours with flights, all guests must purchase cancellation insurance to receive any refund for their tours or packages.
Tours Without Flights
In the event of cancellation or request change to your reservation, please note the following. Most Road To Hana Tours originating from Maui, there is no charge for date change or tour change based on tour availability.
Any request for a refund prior to 72 hours is honored with a full cash refund. No refunds issued for any tours within the 72 hour period, prior to the start of your tour.
Tours With Flights
Any inter-island tour or Oahu tours originating from the Islands of Maui, Big Island, and Kauai may incur up to $100.00 per person airline change fee (if flights are included in your tour) for any changes to the original booking (this is currently being waived by airlines). Any request for a refund prior to 72 hours will result in a full credit for a future tour.
Travel Insurance: A cash refund is available on tours with flights when you purchase the travel insurance (available during the booking process). No refunds issued for any tours cancelled within the 72 hour period, prior to the start of your tour.
Vacation Packages
Our 4, 7, 9 & 12-Night Hawaiian vacation packages now include cancellation insurance with every booking. Guests will receive a full-refund minus the insurance policy fee (listed on the product page). Cancel anytime prior to 72-hours before your departure to qualify. Groups 6 guests or more must cancel at least 7-days in advance.
Groups of 6 People or More
Parties of 6 people or more may be subject to additional cancellation fees or have cancellation time-frames that are longer than 72-hours standard. Those cancellation terms are subject to individual tours and will have special information listed on the tour page. Please ask us about your specific cancellation tour policy if you are purchasing multiple tours
