      Your adventure begins as you take off from Kahului Airport in a state-of-the-art helicopter. From there, you'll fly over West Maui, home to some of the most stunning scenery on the island. Highlights include the "Wall of Tears" – a stretch of 17 waterfalls flowing into one another – and Maui's tallest waterfall, Honokohau Falls, with a 1,100 foot drop. You'll also fly over the resorts of Kaanapali and Kapalua and the historic whaling town of Lahaina.

      As you make your way around the island, you'll soar above the Olowalu, Ukumehame, and Launiupoko valleys before heading to Haleakala National Park. Here, you'll get a bird's eye view of the massive Haleakala crater, a Moon-like landscape dotted with cinder cones and volcanic rock formations.

      Continuing on, you'll fly over Kaupo Gap and Ko'olau Gap – two valleys formed by ancient lava flows – before arriving in Hana. This is one of the most remote and beautiful parts of Maui, and this tour will allow you to explore it in style. Highlights include the Seven Sacred Pools – a series of cascading waterfalls leading into natural pools – as well as the grave of famed aviator Charles Lindbergh.

      As your tour comes to an end, you'll fly over the Hana Rainforest and the Ke'anae Peninsula before returning to Kahului Airport. This truly is the ultimate Maui helicopter tour, and an experience you'll never forget!

      • Do You Offer Any Flights After Dark?

        The FAA requires all tours to fly between "Sunrise and Sunset," which means no tour can depart before sunrise and all must be back on the ground by the end of the day.

      • What Should I Wear?

        Comfortable and relaxing clothes are appropriate. For photographs, dark shirts or tops are preferable. Brightly colored attire might cause a reflecting glare on the helicopter plexiglass windows and show in your photographs. Dark clothing helps to eliminate the reflection. Our climate control system maintains our helicopters at a pleasant temperature throughout the flight.

      • Does Wind Have An Affect On The Helicopter?

        Unlike planes, helicopters have no fixed wings. The main rotors function as a gyro and keep the helicopter from spinning in windy conditions. Tours will be canceled if the wind and gusts are such that they would make the flight unpleasant. Our top priority is your safety and comfort.
