This Road to Hana & Helicopter tour combines two of Maui’s most popular activities into one. This tour is sure to take your breath away as you experience the best of both worlds by exploring the Road to Hana on the ground, in luxury limo-van with a max of 6 passengers, and from above in an “Eco-Star” helicopter.

You will enjoy a delicious lunch of Pacific Rim Cuisine with vegan and gluten-free options available to ensure our guests are satisfied every step of the journey. Then, we will fly in an air-conditioned “Eco-Star” jet helicopter and explore the unseen parts of Maui that can only be accessed by helicopter, such as cascading waterfalls held within the flourishing rainforest below.

You can start your day with our morning tour that travels on the Road to Hana before lunch and take an aerial tour afterward. Or enjoy our afternoon tour that starts from above the coastline before our midday meal, followed by a sightseeing tour afterward.

      Ke’anae Peninsula

      The Ke’anae Peninsula was created from an immense lava flow from the Haleakala Crater. The peninsula is also home to some amazing views and the Ke’anae Arboretum, which features over 2,000 different types of plants from all over the world. It marks one of the most spectacular displays nature has to offer, all in a small enough area that it can be greatly explored in one go with proper guides like the ones you will have on this tour.       Guests can select to be picked up and returned to their accommodation in West or South Maui for an extended tour experience.

      • If It Rains Will The Tour Still Go Ahead?

        All tours operate in rain or sunshine. Tour durations, itineraries, viewable sights and flight patterns are subject to change, without notice, due to inclement weather or FAA flight rules and may be altered or cancelled for safety or comfort considerations.

      • Is There A Hotel/Condo Pickup?

        Our meeting place is at Kahului Heliport. Check in at 7:00 AM for the morning tour and 11:00 AM for the afternoon tour. You can also choose the extended tour and be picked up and returned to your hotel so you donʻt have to drive at all! Choose to start from West Or South Maui when making your reservation.

      • Are There Vegan/Vegetarian Or Gluten Free Food Options Available On The Tour?

        Delicious food is served on these tours. This tour comes with a three-course picnic lunch. Choose any two; chicken, ono (fish) or veggie rice wrap. Polynesian influenced meals are prepared fresh daily with locally grown fruits and vegetables. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and other entrees are available upon prior request.

      • Does your helicopter tour use a helicopter with or without doors?

        Your flight to Hana (or back) is in a very comfortable closed-door helicopter. You will enjoy a smoother ride with plenty of windows to be able to look down upon sights few ever see.
